Defining Digital Literacy / ዲጂታል ማንበብና መጻፍ ትርጉም

A Digital Literacy Initiative is a strategic program designed to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to create information using various digital technologies.

የዲጂታል ማንበብና መጻፍ ተነሳሽነት ግለሰቦች የተለያዩ የዲጂታል ቴክኖሎጂዎችን በመጠቀም መረጃን የመፍጠር ክህሎት፣ እውቀትና በራስ መተማመን እንዲኖራቸው ታስቦ የተዘጋጀ ስልታዊ ፕሮግራም ነው።

Functional Skills / ተግባራዊ ክህሎቶች

Ability to use hardware (PCs, tablets) and software (browsers, apps) efficiently.

የኮምፒውተር መሣሪያዎችን እና ሶፍትዌሮችን በብቃት የመጠቀም ችሎታ።

Information Literacy / የመረጃ እውቀት

Finding and verifying information online, identifying "fake news" and algorithms.

የመስመር ላይ መረጃዎችን መፈለግ፣ ማረጋገጥ እና ሀሰተኛ መረጃዎችን መለየት።

Digital Citizenship / የዲጂታል ዜግነት

Ethical responsibilities, digital etiquette, privacy, and anti-cyberbullying.
